To get you started, complete the food diary over a minimum of 1 week then send it over to me. The diet plan is then analysed and your new diet plan can be designed, focusing around your lifestyle, goals and current fitness levels. All I ask is that you are honest, as detailed as possible and ready to face up to what you need to do to achieve your aims!
