I thoroughly enjoy my sessions with Elle - she works me hard but never forces me to go faster than I am able. If I could, I would have a session every day! We started off doing aerobics type sessions until I had a problem with my back. We switched to Power Yoga and I have felt fitter and more flexible ever since. My week is not complete without my workout, but I need Elle there to push me to do it - I have little will power to get up and do it on my own.

Elle is a joy to train with, regardless of your level of fitness. She is enthusiastic and that flows through into the training session. She is not at all pushy and will help you achieve your goal whatever that is. Her sessions are so effective you see the results quickly. She has really given me a boost and a new enjoyment of exercise. It is no longer a chore, I actually look forward to exercising.

She is flexible in her approach and tailors training sessions to meet your needs and goals -- even if you have a medical condition or injury, Elle can work with you to ensure that you can get and/or stay fit. Elle knows exactly how to get the best out of you and when you should or could be working just that bit harder, she gives great feedback and encouragement, and takes a genuine interest in helping you to improve yourself. I lost 1.5 stone in less than a year when I started training just once a week with Elle and felt much fitter and healthier than ever before -- she even gave me enough confidence in myself to be able to run a half-marathon, something I would never have thought I could do!

I first hired Elle as a personal trainer in 2005 to get in shape for my wedding in 2006 and have been with her ever since. She enabled me to shed 3 stone for the big day and has since kept me on the straight and narrow before, during and after the birth of my second son. I wouldn't give up my sessions with her for anything. She keeps me motivated and makes the sessions enjoyable, money definitely WELL spent!!

I have always struggled with weight loss and with all the best will in the world had never managed to maintain a healthy regime long enough to see prolonged positive results. Thanks to working with Elle on a combination of food planning and exercise I am much slimmer, healthier and happier and loving the compliments! She has a cunning way of getting you to exercise really hard whilst being very cheerful about it - gets me every time!

Elle has the patience of a Saint and never gives up. We started our sessions last year and I now feel so much fitter and healthier. I used to have aches and pains in my back and hip but now they rarely bother me at all anymore. This is thanks to Elle who will find a way through any problem (or excuse!) that you care to throw at her. The weight loss seems to be escaping me at the moment but I have no doubt that at some point, with Elle's help, I'll achieve that too. As well as her professional and positive approach, Elle is a really warm and caring person and I really enjoy our weekly sessions.

Elle helped train me between 2003 and 2006 to sort out some problems with my running technique as well as to help me improve my general fitness. Elle has a superb knowledge of anatomy and training techniques and is an excellent motivator.
