I lost 1.5 stone in less than a year when I started training just once a week with Elle and felt much fitter and healthier than ever before -- she even gave me enough confidence in myself to be able to run a half-marathon, something I would never have thought I could do!

I started training with Elle back in June, over the years I have been exercising at the gym and eating healthily (most of the time) however I wanted to be more motivated and shown more effective, targeted ways of exercising to have the body and shape I wanted for my wedding this September. I felt really comfortable with Elle from the beginning and because of the noticable difference my sessions were making from very early on, I asked Elle to increase my sessions to twice a week. By the time of my wedding I had dropped a jean size (the lowest ever) and felt absoultely amazing on the day. Comments from long life friends included -'the best I have ever seen you look' to one of my friends husbands asking me where my thighs had gone! With the help and encouragement from Elle I have a shape and body I never would have achieved had I just continued with my normal routine in the gym. My original goal was to work with Elle until the wedding but I have continued training with Elle twice a week plus her boot camp class, because I dont want to undo all our hard work.

started training with Elle in October 2005 in the hope that she could

Elle
has been personal training me (and I've been attending her classes) for
2 1/2 years. Initially it was for my wedding and now she is training me
through my pregnancy. During this time she has completely changed my
attitude towards exercise, making it a more enjoyable experience and
much less of a chore! Elle has increased my confidence and is
motivating without being a bully! I can honestly say I can now look at
myself in the mirror and think "hey that's not so bad!"
